Coaching Session (Wheel)

Terms and Conditions

Session Timeliness Students are required to arrive no later than one hour after the session start time. Late arrivals beyond this period may forfeit their session without a refund or rescheduling. Inclusions The pass includes a 3-hour session with 1-on-1 coaching from the instructor. Firing of pieces (see Ceramics Pass Plan for limit) is included in the session fee. Additional Pieces For any pieces beyond the session pass, a $10 glazing and firing fee per piece will be applied. Payment must be made before firing. Studio Clay Usage All creations must be made using clay provided by the studio. Clay from external sources is not permitted for use or firing in the studio. Outside Creations Pre-made or externally created pieces cannot be brought into the studio for glazing or firing. Tea Sampling Tea samples are curated by the studio curator. Sampling is offered at the curator’s discretion and may vary by session. Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the pass. Rescheduling is subject to availability and can only be done once per pass. Pass Expiration Passes are valid for the specified number of months from the date of purchase. Unused passes will expire. Safety and Cleanliness All participants are required to follow the studio's safety and cleanliness guidelines. Failure to comply may result in removal from the session without a refund. Personal Belongings The studio is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please keep your valuables secure. Liability Waiver By participating in the session, students agree to release the studio, its instructors, and staff from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the session. Photography and Media The studio reserves the right to take photographs of the sessions for marketing and social media purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the instructor in advance. Refund Policy Passes are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual upon request, subject to prior approval by the studio. Instructor Discretion The instructor reserves the right to refuse firing or adjustments to pieces that do not meet safety or quality standards for the kiln. Amendments The studio reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
